A code is not an eligibility certificate

A shared code identifies something to check. It does not prove that a new shopper, returning shopper or someone in another country will receive the same benefit. Compare the offer’s account conditions, country or region, eligible products and campaign dates with your situation.

Check the offer you actually receive

Sign in to the account you intend to order with and read the promotion result. If an image advertises a benefit that is not shown in your account, use the account’s displayed conditions as your reference. Do not treat a result from another shopper as proof that your own order will qualify.

Reinstalling is not proof of new-user status

Installing an app again does not establish that Temu considers you a new user. OfferBrief does not recommend making extra accounts or changing your location to try to obtain a restricted offer. If your eligibility seems incorrect, use Temu support. A useful question to ask is: “Which condition makes this specific promotion unavailable to my account?”
